pH Control Unit Software

The pH Control Unit is designed to demonstrate practical pH control techniques used in industrial processes. The unit enables two main control experiments: ON/OFF control and PID control. In the ON/OFF control experiment, the system maintains the pH value within a defined range by switching the dosing process on or off, helping users understand basic control behavior and system response. In the PID control experiment, the unit applies proportional, integral, and derivative control to achieve accurate and stable pH regulation, allowing users to study dynamic response, stability, and control performance.
